Gate Moon Pratama is seeking a dedicated Assistant Operations Staff to join our dynamic team in Canggu, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk duties and guest check-ins/check-outs.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and room status using the property management system.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of housekeeping schedules and maintenance requests.,Support the operations manager in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the operations manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
