📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Optimize chemical processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Conduct research and development to innovate and improve existing products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers.
• Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using chemical engineering software such as Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to commute as needed.
