📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.,Assist in the preparation of ingredients and food items.,Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.,Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
