Store Nest Indonesia is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Cianjur. We are a growing company and we are looking for someone who is passionate about human resources and wants to make a difference in our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee records and ensuring that our HR policies and procedures are up to date.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations and conflicts
  • Maintain employee records and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Provide HR training and development programs

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
