As a Lead Staff Kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, functional, and well-maintained.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and maintain accurate food cost records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
