📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations, including production, logistics, and quality control.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads and teams to ensure smooth operations and communication.,Manage and maintain operational budgets and financial reports.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure operational standards are met.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance operational skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
