📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the medical center.,Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities and equipment.,Coordinate with staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Monitor and report on operational performance and efficiency.,Handle administrative tasks related to operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Provide support to the management team in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS) is a plus.
