📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical materials.
  • Ensure that documentation is clear, concise, and easy to understand.
  • Review and edit documentation to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and training materials.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.
  • Experience with API documentation is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
