📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the wildlife park, including animal care, habitat maintenance, and visitor management.,Ensure the safety and well-being of all animals under your care, and implement measures to prevent injury or illness.,Develop and implement conservation programs to protect and preserve the park's wildlife and habitats.,Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing informative and engaging tours, educational programs, and other activities.,Work closely with the park's veterinary team to ensure the health and welfare of all animals.,Manage and supervise a team of park operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth running of the park.,Maintain and improve the park's facilities, including habitats, enclosures, and visitor amenities.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in wildlife conservation, animal care, and adventure tourism, and apply this knowledge to the park's operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in wildlife biology, zoology, animal science, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in wildlife park operations, animal care, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of animal behavior, nutrition, and health.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to wildlife conservation and animal care.,Experience in developing and implementing conservation programs.,A passion for wildlife conservation and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
