Depot Adi Dental Clinic is looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate training and development programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.,Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
