📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy and case development,Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs,Assist in the management and organization of case files and documents,Coordinate with attorneys and legal teams to ensure timely and accurate case preparation,Assist in the preparation and presentation of legal arguments and evidence,Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and case law in the US Florida and Federal Jurisdiction,Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and client communications

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation support or a related legal field,Strong knowledge of US Florida and Federal Jurisdiction laws and legal procedures,Excellent legal research and writing skills,Proficient in legal document preparation and case management software,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluent in English, both written and spoken
