📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage a team of logistics coordinators and provide guidance and support as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve logistics operations and implement best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing logistics operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and industry standards.,Ability to travel as required for business purposes.
