📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish,Source and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events,Screen and assess job applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the position,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements,Maintain and update job postings and company profiles on various job platforms,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention of top talent,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
