📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory control and stock management to maintain optimal product levels.,Coordinate with sales teams to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly.,Assist in training and developing junior staff to enhance their performance.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and performance metrics.,Support the Store Manager in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
