📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance services.

Handle office documentation and filing systems.

Assist in organizing and participating in company events.

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Support the HR team with administrative tasks.

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or general affairs roles.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.

Willingness to travel and work outside office hours when necessary.
