SHIFT Group is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing support in financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for learning and growing within the finance industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports,Manage accounts payable and receivable processes,Process bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records,Support in the preparation of tax returns and filings,Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures,Provide support in budgeting and forecasting activities,Participate in internal and external audits as required,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP),Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines
