📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
