NEXA Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds: the convenience of working from home while also being part of our in-store team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to learn and grow within our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and purchases.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Stock and organize products on shelves and in the store.,Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills are a must.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is beneficial.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (in-store and remote).
