📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and maintaining up-to-date financial records.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management to support business decision-making.,Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure the smooth operation of the accounting department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
