📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative and logistical functions.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.,Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a well-maintained work environment.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.,Organize and facilitate meetings, events, and training sessions as required.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and report on office performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance office efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or office environment.,Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships.,Proficiency in using office management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of improving office operations and employee satisfaction.
