📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services.,Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure procurement needs are met and communicated effectively.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and manage supplier development programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in supplier management and negotiation.,Proven track record of cost savings and process improvements in procurement.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
