📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety standards, and that all staff are properly trained and supervised.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including ordering supplies, paying bills, and tracking expenses.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and ensuring that all customers have a positive experience.,Lead and motivate the restaurant staff, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any necessary changes to improve the restaurant's performance.,Work closely with the restaurant's owners and other stakeholders to ensure that the restaurant's goals and objectives are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Previous experience working in a similar remote position is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
