📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage ordering.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to established standards and regulations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation, and ensure that all staff are trained and knowledgeable in these areas.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure that all staff are trained, motivated, and working effectively as a team.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and staff.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and innovations as appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, and a commitment to high standards of quality and safety.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
