Hokian Krisna Mart is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, handling transactions, and promoting our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area,Promote products and special offers to customers,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems,Familiarity with Indonesian language,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
