Sentral Krisna Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our cafe locations in Bintaro, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Train and develop the staff to ensure they meet the high standards of the cafe.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team.,Strong understanding of coffee production and quality standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
