📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing all warehouse operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Managing a team of warehouse staff, providing training, and ensuring high levels of performance.,Implementing and maintaining inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Ensuring the safety and security of the warehouse and its contents.,Managing relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitoring warehouse performance metrics and making recommendations for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Managing warehouse budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehousing industry.,Experience in the mining or related industries is a plus.
