📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high quality and food safety standards are met.
• Prepare ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and baking bread.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Follow food safety guidelines and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control.
• Work efficiently to meet daily food production targets.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Stay updated with culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve food preparation methods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
