This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 2,700,000 - Rp 4,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually compelling graphics for cultural events, exhibitions, and promotional materials
• Develop and maintain brand identities for cultural organizations and projects
• Collaborate with artists, writers, and other creatives to bring cultural narratives to life
• Design posters, social media graphics, and other visual content for digital and print media
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and visual standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing cultural and creative projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Experience working with cultural organizations or creative agencies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
