📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and process data from every visit by Sales Promoters and merchants/outlets to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that every visit is productive and that our merchants are well-supported.
• Provide training and guidance to Sales Promoters to improve their performance and effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of Sales Promoters to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and implement training programs and sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and merchant interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales goals and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales training or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and data processing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales operations and processes.
• Knowledge of the fintech industry is a plus.
• Ability to travel to different locations as required.
