As a Barista Manager at Private Advertiser, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training and mentoring your team, and ensuring that our coffee standards are consistently met. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies that enhance our café's performance and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily café operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Train and mentor baristas to ensure consistent quality and service standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance café performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Barista Manager in a café or restaurant setting.
• Proven track record of leadership and team management.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Certification in coffee brewing (e.g., SCA, WSC) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
