📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Develop and implement client success strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on client-facing roles.
• Proven experience in managing international teams.
• Strong understanding of HR software and tools such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills an advantage.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
