📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable records on a regular basis.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity, and recommend strategies to optimize treasury management.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure timely submission of financial reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and treasury-related software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and treasury management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in using financial software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
