🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Building Services, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in facility management, with a strong background in building operations and maintenance.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or a related certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP and BIM 360.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
