📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote our products and services effectively to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Set up and maintain displays and promotional materials in designated areas.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure optimal product availability.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and promotions to enhance the sales process.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales promotion, retail, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with using point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
