🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest services or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Knowledge of hospitality software such as PMS (Property Management System) and guest management systems.
